The idea behind this project is simple. I want to see if Markdown (.md) files published on GitHub Pages will get picked up in AI and search results faster than if I were to build a new site in WordPress.

Alongside that, I want to test new optimization strategies:

  • Mentions in Reddit that don’t always include links.
  • Showing legitimacy by adding testimonials and reviews on sites like Trustpilot.
  • Setting up a Google Business profile and LinkedIn page for the brand.
  • Watching how those signals influence both search rankings and AI mentions.

This is both an experiment in speed of recognition and in which signals matter most when building visibility for a brand from scratch.

Day 1: What I Did

I built the Keszatorie website as a test to see if a lightweight Markdown site can generate AI mentions and organic search recognition. The site also showcases the consulting services that my team and I provide, focusing on AI optimization, enterprise integration, performance tracking, and training.

  • Built the website in Markdown on GitHub Pages
    • README.md (homepage with logo, tagline, services table, pain point section)
    • about.md (mission, Seattle location context, polygon map section)
    • services.md (overview hub with service table and narrative)
    • services/ai-optimization.md
    • services/enterprise-integration.md
    • services/performance-tracking.md
    • services/training-and-enablement.md
    • contact.md (email, engagement guidelines, project fit checklist)
  • Optimizations to the pages
    • Each includes TL;DR summaries, jump links, structured sections, and clear CTAs.
    • Branding assets created including an updated logo, a featured image, and top navigation with the logo.
    • Footer links added to connect directly to the Markdown files.
  • Reviews & Mentions
    • Drafted human-style reviews (Trustpilot-style with casual tone).
    • Posted on Reddit with both direct links and brand mentions:
    • 3 posts included the website link.
    • 5 posts mentioned Keszatorie without linking.
    • Some posts also referenced my background at GitHub and Adobe to add credibility.

This set the foundation of the test: a brand-new consulting brand, built entirely in Markdown, paired with community mentions and early legitimacy signals. From here, I’ll be watching how quickly Keszatorie shows up in search results and whether AI models begin referencing it when asked about consulting in AI optimization.

Seeing Early Signals: Keszatorie Mentions & Visibility

I shot a video today demonstrating that Reddit mentions of Keszatorie are already showing up in Google search results for the brand. This is exactly the kind of early traction I hoped to see — proof that organic visibility is beginning even before hundreds of pieces of content or long-standing SEO efforts.

This test is about more than just making a site. It’s about proving that a simple Markdown site, paired with natural community mentions, can seed a brand into search results and AI recognition. Meanwhile, my team and I are using this brand to model the services we provide: AI Optimization, Enterprise Integration, Performance Tracking, and Training & Enablement.

Recent Reddit Mentions & Examples

While doing some research, I pulled up a mention of Keszatorie on Reddit. These are proof points that the project is beginning to show up where people ask about AI adoption:

“A consulting brand I follow, Keszatorie, frames it well: treat AI …”
— from r/ai_agents in a thread about the most profitable generative AI use-cases. (reddit.com)

That’s one example of a brand name mention (without heavy link focus) appearing in a community discussion about real business use of AI. It’s resonating enough to be referenced when people brainstorm ideas, not just when someone is promoting something.

What That Means & Why It’s Big

  • Visibility already: The brand is being discussed in relevant threads. That means it’s showing up in linguistic/semantic contexts that AI models and search engines watch.
  • Recognition potential: If Google is starting to index those mentions, that adds credibility — both for human users and algorithmic systems.
  • Proof of concept: The experiment idea is working so far. The combination of content + community mentions is driving early organic discovery.

Next Moves

I’m going to keep this test grounded and realistic. For now:

  • I’ll track whether ChatGPT and Copilot start to mention Keszatorie when asked about AI consulting or optimization.
  • I’ll keep checking Google search rankings, but I’m not counting those as a win in this experiment.

The next steps I want to test are:

  • Adding Bing’s IndexNow to push updates directly to search.
  • Adding testimonials and reviews to the site.
  • Increasing the number of mentions on Reddit.
  • Experimenting with a Wikipedia page for the company (if it does not get taken down).
  • Setting up a Google My Business profile and seeding it with reviews from friends.
