SEO – 2017
The Microsoft Accessories Team was tasked with improving sales from the website, when most had been offline, in addition they needed to strengthen their SEO for downloads related to products (drivers, instructions, etc) as well as troubleshooting for related products. Jenn worked closely with engineers at Microsoft as if she was a part of the team working in the Microsoft offices, attending meetings, logging Jira tickets and monitoring as development work was completed to ensure the launch of pages were SEO friendly, and optimized.
